Terms of use
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses Stampil. Opening an account or using the service means agreeing to them.
The service
Stampil lets a business run a digital loyalty card: the customer joins by scanning a QR code, and staff record stamps, points and rewards by scanning the card.
Your account
- A business account is for the business's owner or someone authorised to act for it, aged 18 or over.
- The details given at sign-up must be correct.
- The business is responsible for keeping its own and its staff's sign-in details safe, and for everything done in the account.
- If you suspect someone else has got into the account, tell us straight away.
What the business is responsible for
- The rewards. The business sets them and the business honours them to its customers. We are not a party to that promise.
- Customer information. The business is responsible for collecting it lawfully and using it only for its loyalty program.
- Messages. The business is responsible for the content of every message it sends to its cardholders, and for that message being lawful.
- Logo and name. The business uploads only material it has the right to use.
What is not allowed
The service must not be used to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Send messages that are misleading, abusive or that the recipient did not agree to receive.
- Try to reach another business's information, or disrupt the service.
- Record stamps or rewards that were not really given.
Plans and prices
There is a free plan and two paid plans; each one's prices and limits are on the pricing page. Prices are in shekels, before VAT.
Every new business gets a 30-day trial of Pro. When the trial ends the business moves to the free plan, unless it has agreed a paid plan with us. Moving to a paid plan is arranged with us, and payment is settled with us directly.
If we change a price we will give notice in advance, and the change applies from the next billing period.
Digital wallets
A card added to a digital wallet is also subject to that wallet operator's terms. Google Wallet and Apple Wallet are trademarks of their respective owners, and Stampil is not affiliated with them.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available and working, but it is provided as is, with no promise that it will always run without interruption or fault. We may change, add or remove parts of it.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Stampil is not liable for indirect damage, lost income or lost information caused by using the service or by its being unavailable. In any case our liability to a business will not exceed the amount that business paid us in the 12 months before the event.
Intellectual property
The Stampil name, logo, design and software belong to us. A business's logo, name and content remain its own, and it permits us to display them in order to run the service for it.
Ending
A business can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close its account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will give notice where we can.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at its top. We will email business owners about a material change. Continuing to use the service after a change means agreeing to the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction over any dispute.
