How do I pay?
There's no card payment on the site yet. Leave your details in the form, we get back to you and switch the plan on.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices here are before VAT.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Open an account and go. Your first 30 days are on Pro, free.
What happens when I reach 100 customers on Free?
New customers won't be able to join and will see a clear message saying so. Existing customers carry on as usual. The dashboard warns you from 80 customers.
What happens if I move to a lower plan?
No data is deleted. A program the plan doesn't include keeps running for existing customers, but you can't edit it — only replace it with a type the plan does include. Branding stops showing and messages stop sending. Staff beyond the limit keep working, but you can't add more.
